        亚欣学院中央空调工程技术实训基地是“国家教育部高等职业教育行动计划项目”、”湖南省教育厅职业教育生产性实训基地项目”、全国清洁技能（湖南）培训基地，由国内知名专家授课，配备了目前国内最先进的教学和实训设备，集空调设备管理与节能技术实训实操、培训教学、技能竞赛、技能考试于一体，包括理论教学区、实训教学区、职业技能鉴定考试区和技能大赛考试区，是亚欣专业人才的摇篮。
